Jimmy Koppel
Jimmy Koppel is a smart contract auditor best known for his work on Sherlock, where he has taken 1st in over 50% of contests he competed in. He first became known for his 2020 audit of the blockchain-based voting app Voatz, the first mobile app to be used in US Federal elections, for which he was featured in the New York Times. He holds a Ph. D. in programming languages from MIT, graduated at age 20 with two degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a recipient of the “20 Under 20” Thiel Fellowship.
Nils Eriksson went from Junior to Principal engineer in three years at a major streaming platform. He has taught classes in Advanced Software Design, and his blog posts about software have been featured on the front page of Hacker News multiple times. Since 2023, he has been focused on building tooling for codebase learning with Jimmy at UpToSpeed.
